Accessibility

Blocara aims to make its website and homeowner inquiry process usable by people with disabilities.

Our approach

We work toward clear headings, keyboard access, readable contrast, text alternatives, labeled forms, understandable error messages, responsive layouts, and content that can be used with common assistive technologies.

Request assistance

If a page, form, document, or communication format creates an accessibility barrier, use the website contact form and write “Accessibility Request.” Describe the page, the barrier, the assistive technology or format involved, and a preferred contact method. Do not include unnecessary sensitive property or financial information.

Third-party content

Some embedded tools, maps, forms, videos, government resources, or third-party websites are controlled by other organizations. We will attempt to provide an alternative way to access Blocara-controlled information when reasonably possible.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review reported barriers and prioritize fixes based on impact, feasibility, and available technology.
